| Online tenders in Form "A" are invited on behalf of Governor of Madhya Pradesh for the following Work on the S.O.R. issued byEngineer in Chief ,PWD Bhopal w.e.f. 15.6.2009 with all amendments made upto the date of issue of N.I.T. from the contractors registered with the Public Works Department, Madhya Pradesh in appropriate class. The Bid Seals (Hashes) will be received online on the portal http://pwd.mpeprocurement.gov.in. The Tenders will be opened in the office of the undersigned as mention tender time schedule(key date) If desired, the contractors or their duly authorized representatives may remain present at the time of opening of tender. |

The last date of purchases of tender/documents is on 22-09-2012 up to 5.30.p.m. and the last date of tender download is on 24-09-2012 up to 5.30 p.m. |

| 2 .The Bid data should be filed and the Bid seals (hashes) of all the envelopes and the documents which are to be uploaded by the Bidders should be submitted online upto as per time schedule (key dates) |

| 3.The Bidders shall have to submit their Bids online (Decrypt the bids and re-encrypt the bids) and upload the relevant documents from as per time schedule (key dates) Original Earnest money deposit instrument should reach the office of the Executive Engineer, PWD Division-2, Gwalior (M.P.) by 27-09-2012 upto 05.30pm. |

4.Since the online bidders are required to sign their bids online using Class III - Digital Certificates only, Contractors are advised to obtain the same at the earliest.
