DETAILED NOTICE INVITING TENDER  7555/D-1,Gwl/2012-13(ii)/ Gwalior, Dated. 19.09.2012

Online tenders in Form "A" are invited on behalf of Governor of Madhya Pradesh for the following Work on the S.O.R. issued by Engineer – in – Chief M.P. P.W.D., Bhopal w.e.f. 15-06-2009 with all amendments made upto the date of issue of N.I.T. from the contractors registered with the Public Works Department, Madhya Pradesh in appropriate class. The Bid Seals (Hashes) will be received online on the portal http://pwd.mpeprocurement.gov.in The Tenders will be opened in the office of the Executive Engineer, P.W.D. Division No. 1 Gwalior(M.P.) as mention tender time schedule(key date) If desired, the contractors or their duly authorized representatives may remain present at the time of opening of tender.

1. Tender documents can be purchased only online from http://pwd.mpeprocurement.gov.in by making online payment. The last date of purchase of tender document is 04.10.12 up to 17:30 and the last date of Tender Download is 05.10.12 upto 17:30.

2. The Bid Data should be filled and the Bid Seals (Hashes) of all the envelopes and the documents which are to be uploaded by the Bidders should be submitted online upto as per time schedule (key Dates)

3.The Bidders shall have to submit their Bids online (Decrypt the bids and re-encrypt the bids) and upload the relevant documents from as per time schedule (key dates) Original E.M.D. & Eligibility/Technical Documents Manually is on 09/10/2012 up to 5:30 PM. to the Executive Engineer Public Works Department , Division No. 1 Gwalior (MP).

4. Since the online bidders are required to sign their bids online using Class III - Digital Certificates only, Contractors are advised to obtain the same at the earliest. 5. Contractor have to submit Attested Scanned copy of Registration, Earnest money,Commercial tax Tin no., Income tax & pan no. E in C. P.W.D.Bhopal Circular No. F-53/2/2011/P/19/5788 dt. 25.10.2011 will be strictly followed during the acceptance of work. The details of circular may be found attached in form A.
