| OFFICE OF THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL, BETUL (M.P) (FIRST CALL) NIT No. PWD/E-1/3218/2012/BETUL Date : 23/10/2012 NOTICE INVITING TENDER Online digitally sealed tenders in 3 envelope system are hereby invited on behalf on NAGAR PALIKA, BETUL for following works on on Form "A" for Percentage rate tender on UADD SOR W.E.F. 10/05/2012 from the experienced contractors registered in 'B' class of Centralized Registration system of GoMP and same will be received online at http://uadd.mpeprocurement.gov.in as per key dates. | ||||||||||||||||||

| The bidders intending to participate in this tender are required to get enrolled/ registered on the e procurement web site http://mpeprocurement.gov.in and get empanelled on the sub portal of Public Works Department http://pwd.mpeprocurement.gov.in. Enrollment/registration and subsequent empanelment on the above portal and sub portal is mandatory. 1. Tender documents can be purchased only online from http://uadd.mpeprocurement.gov.in by making online payment of Rs 610/- as online processing charges. The last date of purchase of tender document is as mention in keydates. 2. The bid data should be filled and the bid seals (hashes) of all the envelops and the documents which are to be uploaded by the bidders should be submitted online up to as per time schedule (Key dates). 3. The bidders shall have to submit their bids online (decrypt and encrypt the bids) and upload the relevant documents from as per time schedule (key dates). 4. The earnest money envelope "A" and technical terms and conditions envelope "B" shall be opened according to key dates in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives if willing to present. However if, there are no conditions in the envelope "B" contrary to NIT, the financial offer "C" shall be opened immediately after opening of envelope "B. 5. Original earnest money deposit instrument should reach the office of the under signed by 28/11/2012upto 5:30 PM. The earnest money should be in favour of the CMO BETUL. All documents required to be submitted by bidder should reach one day prior to online EMD envelope opening. 6. Tender should be accompanied by the following pre-qualification documents duly attested. a) Registered Contractor have to produce valid Registration certificate of 'B' class in centralised registration system of GoMP. b) Certificate for successfully executing single work of Building Construction of similar nature costing equal to or more than 80% of the cost of proposed work in last 7 years. This certificate should clearly mention amount of Contract, Completion period as per Tender and actual completion period. The certificate shall be issued from the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent. c) Certified copy of audited balance sheet of last 3 years, showing the average annual turnover equal to or more than 30% of the estimated cost of the work. d) Commercial tax registration certificate. 7. Since the online bidders are required to sign their bids online using class III digitally certificate only, contractors are advised to obtain the same at the earliest as it may take up to seven working days to get digital certificate.
