| 3. The Bidders intending to participate in this tender are required to get enrolled on the above mentioned website and get in empanelled on the Sub – Portal http://cgres.eprocurement.gov .in of Rural Engineering Service on the above mentioned Portal is mandatory kindly see the detail instruction as mentioned in Annexure-I. |

| 4. The Tender will opened online in the presence of the bidders or his/their representative who may choose to be present. |

|
| 5. The time schedule for tender process is enclosed in "Annexure-2". |

| 6. the bidders needs to pay bid submission fee Rs. 2000/- online. To know available online payment options, bidders may visit payment Option section of http://cgres.eprocurement .gov .in. |

| 7. Contractors may send their queries online using the post Query feature for the particular tender. |

| 8. The bidders are required to submit Bid hashes of their Earnest Money details along with technical Bid (technical qualification documents) and the financial bid online only up till the prescribed date and time. The bidder cannot change any bid data after the generation of bid seal (Hash). The bidder shall also have to submit bids online (decrypt the bids using their Digital Certificate and re-encrypt the bids using the Rural Engineering Service official's public key) up till prescribed date and time. |

| 9. The bidders will also submit their Earnest Money Deposit as usual in a sealed physical Cover – A and if bidders desires may also submit hard copy the technical bid in Envelope-B the same should reach in the stipulated time to department office, by post. The bidder will also upload scanned copy of EMD Instrument along with other details during online bidding. RRS will not be responsible for any postal delay. |

| 10. All online Envelopes containing earnest money, technical & financial bid will be opened as per time schedule in presence of Bidders or their authorized representative who may chose to remain present. |

| 15. Tender would be awarded only to those contractor whose bid capacity of contractor amount his balance in hand. |

| 16. S.D.O. should prepare the mix design before (30 days) starting the work and take the approval from Executive Engineer. According to the type of soil and aggregate, Executive engineer will check the concrete cube strength as per Mix Design. Mix design will recommends on agreement on the basis of cube strength. Cement consumption should not more than 420kg/m3 and not less than 310kg/m3 inn mix design. |

| 17. M30 grade of concrete should be use in mix design. where W/C ratio should not more than .5% for better workability.(Admixture will be use as per requirement) |

| 18. First of all removes unuseful soil or loose soil and after that compact the surface and ensure the proper level of surface. |

|
| 19. Before starting the work, Quality of material should be ensure (by Quality assurance Hand book Vol. I and vol. II.) |

|
| 20. After finalizing the road alignment ,top formation level should be like overall water from road should not enters into villagers home, it should be escaped from nalli to the outside area of village. |
|
|
| 21. Before (1 day) starting the sub base, clean and sprinkling the water on existing surface. After that ramming the surface with 8 to 10 ton roller ,so that loose soil will compact and getting dense. After making the existing surface (as per required C.B.R.) Lay the GSB whose thickness should be 15cm. Compact the surface and lays the 125 micron polythene sheet.It is required to place extra thick of GSB at the place of Bridge and culvert. |

| 22. . After preparing the sub base, 20cm steel channel should be fixed at the end of road .The channel should fixed like when the vibrator run on it ,it should not be displaced and concrete should not be leaking from it. |
|

| 23. Contraction joint of concrete of road should be mark on both face and top of road by dark red paint. Contraction joint at road should be cut at decided distance by cutting tools, when concrete will not fully set. |
|
|
| 24. Before starting the concreting, ensure all machinery, tools and materials are at site. |
|
|
| Try to avoid hand pump, electric and telephone poles on road formation area. |
|
|
| 26. The total road width is to be 6.0m where pcc is to be done at 4.0m width and .20m in thickness. On basis of mix design, M30 grade of concrete will use. Concrete surface should be texturing by a steel wire brush before archiving final setting time by concrete. |
|
|
| 27. Concrete should be compacting and vibrating by Tri mix Machine( necessarily). Proper Camber should be providing to drain off the rain water from road surface.(Concreting will not allow without Tri Mix Machine.) |
|
|
| 28. Paving and nali should be constructed after constructing the concrete road. Curing should be done till 14 days. Gunny bags are to be use for curing and to keep wet the surface for 24 hrs. |
|
|
| 29. After 24 hrs 40mm sand layer should be placed on concrete road and keep this layer for 28 days , so that concrete road will achieve full design strength after 28 days. |
|
|
| 30. Quality checking is to be done during concreting of road. .The payment will be done by Executive engineer after ensuring the quality and strength of road . |

|
