• Giving Back to the Country. Since 01 Jan 2011, GOWO has started supporting NGOs / effortgroups and individuals who have been working on social themes and environmental causes around the country. GOWO's thrust areas are cleaner environment and contribution in socio economic environment by job generation for the poor and underpriviledged. We are supporting the following NGOs : -
• Global Harmony Trust - Engaged in rural electrifcation in Pune, Maharashtra.
• Vividha - Working towards empowerment of underpriviledged women in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
• Utsaah - Supporting the higher education of BPL children in Delhi NCR.
• Dr Shiela Memorial Trust - For Cancer treatment of the not so priveledged - in Mathura, UP.
• ROBA Trust - For improving the training and education of seletcted students - In Dehradoon, Uttrakhand.

• On poplar demand of our members we have made this group - our members number above 1000 who have houses in our 8 Housing projects.  
• This newsletter readership has now crossed 7000 members.
• Service Tax by the Central Govt. This is applicable @ 2.575 % of all payments made after 01 July 2010.
• EDC is External Development Charges and payable to HUDA - Haryana Urban Development Authority. - There was an increase in HUDA charges by 30 Rs per sq Ft. This increase will be applicable to Gurgaon 1 members only. This has already been taken into account in the costs for Gurgaon Phase 2 & Phase 2 Part 2 members.
• Registration of new members for new schemes in Gurgaon & Indirapuram is likely to close by 10th Feburary 2011.

• Please confirm from your respective project Directors before making any payments.
• Kindly avoid delay in payments . You can avoid unnecessary interest for delayed payments.
• Please find Projectwise status Details in succeeding paragraphs.
• Project - 1 - Gurgaon - Phase 1 - 207 Mmebers.
• Towers 1,2 & 4 - 2nd floor Slab Completed - Shuttering for 3rd floor pillars started - 53% will be due - GOWO will confirm & inform members
• Towers 3 - 2nd floor Slab is to be Completed by end Jan 10 - 46 % is due as of today.
• Towers 5,1 - 2nd floor Slab Completed - Shuttering for 3rd floor pillars started - 53% will be due - GOWO will confirm & inform members.
• Non Payment of Dues. Nearly all members have paid their dues in time and this has enabled us to make this a model project in Gurgaon. Very few members now remain who are not available or not responsive. If anyone is in touch with Cdr Vijay Agarwal & Mr Harsh Vardhan Gupta. If any of our members knows their whereabouts please insists upon these gentlemen to pay up their dues so that there are no issues later on.

•  Project - 2/3 - Gurgaon - Phase 2 & Gurgaon - Phase 2 - Part 2 - 407 Members.
• Excavation completed for most blocks about 50%.
• 2nd installment of 10% is now due.
• BBAs are ready for Phase 2 members in Bikaji Office but not being sent as we are waiting for Bankloan formal approvals and code numbers.
• Some apartments are still available in Phase 2 part 2 and registration of new members is likely to be close on 10th Feburay '11
• Project - 4 - Noida - Phase 1  266 Members.
• Tower A - Fourth floor slab casting complete -5th installment due.
• Tower B - Second floor slab casting complete - 5th installment due.
• Tower C - Raft completed, work on basement in progress -3rd installment due.
• Tower D - Raft completed, work on basement in progress -3rd installment due.
• Project - 5 - Indirapuram - 198 Members.
• Excavation Completed for both towers 1 & 2. Boundary wall of entire complex completed.
• Some apartments are still available & registration of new members is likely to close on by 10th Feburay '11
• Project - 6/7 - Manali- Phase 1 & 2 - 39 Members.
• Project nearly completed.
• Possession can be taken by members anytime they want.
• 118 approvals are being taken one each file basis
• Project - 8 - Ranikhet - 33 members. Only plots. Work under progress. We are aiming to deliver the plots by mid 2011 for registry in the individual member's names.

Please confirm from your respective project Directors before making any payments to contractors/builders.

Some apartments are still available in ongoing Gurgaon & Indirapuram schemes.

Registration of new members for these schemes is likely to close by 10th Feburary 2010.
