In order to evaluate the expenditure incurred by the Local Self Government Institutions during the financial year 2009-10 and the unspent balance as on 31/03/2010 under the respective accounts, all the Secretaries of the Local Self Government Institutions are directed in Circular No.79/2010/Fin dated 21/08/2010 to furnish the details (on the basis of figures as reconciled with the treasuries concerned) in the Proformae No.I to VII appended to the Circular, in duplicate, to Department/Officers noted in the Circular before 08/10/2010 who in turn will forward the consolidated report in Proformae No.VIII and IX (along with soft copy) with comments thereon, if any, and a set of reports in the Proformae. No.I to VII to the Finance Department before 15/10/2010.
