HOUSING SCHEMES FOR GOVT OFFICIALS & FAMILIES

· Thankyou for joining the GOWO-Housing googlegroup. We intend to update all members about once a month on issues about our various projects. We now have about 700 members who have become members in our various housing schemes. Scheme wise Update is as follows : -
· Noida Project - (270 members) :
o The scheme is now closed. Constructuion started in early March 2010 and in some towers the excavation, foundation work is complete. The Builder Buyer agreements are now being printed and sent to all members. Please get your home loans approved and kindly make your payments in time to avoid default and to avoid interest from builder.
o Home loan is approved from following banks and list of respective contact persons is as under:-

· Gurgaon Phase-1 (210 Members) : Construction stated last year and the scheme is on schedule. Tentative Construction Linked Payment Plan has been placed on the website. We have placed the photographs on the website that show the status of construction.
· Gurgaon Phase- 2 (170 Members) : Registration of New Members closed.
· Manali Project - (40 Members) : Construction for Phase II is scheduled to complete by end-July 2010. Members are requested to make their balance payments to GOWo latest by 31 July 2010.
· NEW PROJECT - (Gurgaon Phase : 3 (600 Houses) : The Project has been finalized and registration of new members is in progress.
