Interested bidders may, at their option, login to  http://eprocure.isro.gov.in and submit offers online only 

along with scanned copy of tender fee of Rs.213.00 in the form of Bank Draft favouring Semi-Conductor 

Laboratory payable at Chandigarh/Mohali.   The demand draft should be in an envelope  with a covering 

letter addressed to Head P&S, quoting the tender reference number and should reach SCL within 10 days 

from the due date.
