• General : Service Tax Implication on Residential construction Post 10 July 2010. All residential construction will now come under the ambit of Service Tax w.e.f 01 July 2010. This bill has been recently cleared by the parliament and has been implemented. This will raise the cost of all new houses by about 2.5%. Since it is a new law, and the implications are far too many & diverse, different builders are approaching the issue differently. This is being studied and service tax demands will be sent to members separately.
• New Housing Project : Indirapuram Scheme.

• Opposite prime Sector 62, Noida, and near Shipra Mall & DPS finalised & launched.  
• Member registration  open.

• Noida Scheme  :  Sector 137 :  

• Construction started in early 2010.  
• Very few open car parks are now available. Those wishing to Opt for additional (2^nd) open car park are requested to apply now itself.
• These are on first come first serve basis.
• Construction Snaps have been put on the website.
• Few members have not paid their 2^nd / 3^rd installments and are requested to pay them immediately to avoid interest.
• Members are requested to pay GOWO / IAHS Share by 30 September 2010.
• Members are requested to be in contact with officers handling the project on 9560066778 / 9650955855 for their Builder Buyer agreements & Home loans.

• Gurgaon I & II Schemes :

• Phase – 1 – Members are requested to clear their dues by 15 September to avoid interest payments.
• Phase- II – Builder buyer agreements are being finalised and legally cleared. Will be sent once ready.

• Ranikhet – Construction work held up due to heavy rains. Will resume only later this month.
• Manali – Construction completed. Handing over of phase -2 will commence in early October.
