slew of encoring measures aimed to accelerate the pace of development
of Pnachmahal district. The state level celebrations of the 60th Republic day are taking place across the district with a great deal of pomp and patriotic fervor.

Considering the tremendous public participation in celebrating the
national festival, Special grant of Rs. 1 Crore for all the
municipalities of the district, and for the development of villages,
Rs. 1 Crore would be allotted as a special development grant.

of Republic Day festival, the district has stood witness to the 3336
development work's dedications ceremonies / foundation stone laying
ceremonies / and announcement of new works by the Ministers, the total
outlay for the works comes to Rs.1400 crores. The detail profile
includes 2319 inaugurations, 972 new development works started and 78
announcements of new development works to be undertaken in the due
course of time.
